Relances et nouvelles par courriel
Lorsque vous créez un compte sur kenhoweb.com, ou que vous laissez votre adresse courriel sur le site (par exemple lors d’une commande), nous pouvons vous envoyer, de temps en temps, des courriels de rappel liés à votre activité sur le site et des nouvelles de KenhoWeb.
Quelles informations nous conservons pour ces envois
- votre adresse courriel et, si vous avez un compte, votre prénom ;
- votre activité sur nos outils et notre boutique, de façon limitée à ce qui sert aux rappels :
- l’utilisation du Créateur de CV : si un CV a été commencé et s’il a été terminé (imprimé ou envoyé par courriel), avec la date de ces événements — nous ne conservons pas le contenu de votre CV dans ce système ;
- vos commandes : si une commande a été commencée (restée en attente ou échouée) ou finalisée, avec son numéro et sa date ;
- un journal des courriels de relance que nous vous avons envoyés (type et date), qui sert uniquement à respecter les fréquences maximales ci-dessous et à éviter les envois en double.
À quoi ces informations servent
- vous rappeler de terminer votre CV si vous l’avez laissé en cours ;
- vous rappeler de finaliser un paiement si une commande est restée en attente ;
- vous informer occasionnellement des nouveautés de KenhoWeb (nouveaux produits, nouvelles fonctions).
Nous ne vendons jamais vos informations, et nous ne les partageons pas avec des tiers à des fins de marketing.
Fréquence maximale
- CV non terminé : au plus 3 rappels (le premier après 3 jours, les suivants espacés d’au moins 15 jours) ;
- paiement non finalisé : au plus 2 rappels par commande (après 24 heures, puis après 4 jours) ;
- tous types confondus : jamais plus d’un courriel de relance par semaine.
Vous désinscrire
Chaque courriel de relance et de nouvelles contient un lien de désinscription : un seul clic suffit, l’arrêt est immédiat et définitif pour ces envois. La désinscription ne supprime pas votre compte, et vous continuez de recevoir les courriels liés à vos commandes (confirmations, reçus, licences), qui ne sont pas des relances.
Conservation et vos droits
Le journal des envois lié à votre compte y est conservé tant que le compte existe (200 envois au maximum, les plus anciens étant remplacés) ; les journaux des commandes sans compte et la vue d’ensemble des envois sont purgés après 90 jours. Les repères d’activité (CV commencé/terminé, commandes) sont conservés tant que votre compte existe ; la suppression de votre compte les emporte. Vous pouvez demander l’accès à vos informations, leur correction ou leur suppression en nous écrivant via la page Contact de kenhoweb.com (https://kenhoweb.com/contact/).
